Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the regular full rate (A student registration cannot cover the publication of a paper). An author with multiple accepted papers must pay the full registration fee for each accepted paper. The student registration rate is offered as a discounted rate only for currently enrolled student authors, and does not apply to non-author students or researchers who have already graduated. Payment must be received by June 10th, 2026, in order for your paper to be included in the proceedings. Each registrant should send the transfer receipt and registration form (Chinese version registration form for the participants from the mainland of China and English version for the ones from other areas and countries) to wasa2026-pc@outlook.com with subject “Registrationform-paper ID” (your paper ID can be checked out from CMT). After the registration materials and payment have been received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant. The page limit for regular papers is 12 pages, including tables, figures, references, and appendices. Additional pages will incur a fee of $130/900 RMB per page.
