Hotel Reservation

Participants who would like to reserve a room at the Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel through WASA 2026 are encouraged to make their reservation as early as possible, preferably when completing their conference registration. Please note that the number of rooms reserved for WASA 2026 is limited, and hotel reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

To reserve a room at the special WASA 2026 conference rate, please download and complete the appropriate hotel reservation form (Chinese version or English version), and send the completed Excel form as an attachment by email to huangjin@cts-sx.com. After your completed reservation form has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that your reservation is confirmed only after you receive the confirmation email.
